Midnight Mart (the "Game") is a mobile game made by [Developer Name] (the "Developer"). This policy explains what information is handled when you play the Game.

2. Information the Developer collects

None. The Game has no sign-up or login, and it does not send any information to the Developer's servers. Save data and settings are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the Game.

3. Advertising: Google AdMob

The Game shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob, only when you choose to watch one. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK included in the Game may collect the following information from the time the Game starts and send it to Google:

  • IP address (which may be used to estimate the general location of your device)
  • In-app interactions such as app launches, taps and video views
  • Diagnostic information such as app launch time, hang rate and energy usage
  • Device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID

4. Your choices

  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID in the "Ads" section of your Android privacy (or Google) settings.
  • You can turn off personalized ads in Google My Ad Center.
  • Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent to ad-related data processing through Google's consent management tool.
  • Turning off "Show sponsor ad offers" in the Game's settings hides the ad buttons. The ads SDK is still initialized when the Game starts.

5. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Access and deletion requests

The Developer does not store your personal information, so there is nothing for the Developer to show or delete. Information processed by Google can be managed as described in section 4 or through Google's own tools. If you have questions, please contact us below.
